No household waste or hazardous material will be accepted, such as tires, leftover paint or oils, etc. If in your load one or more materials are appearing on the list of not accepted materials, additional charges apply and at the customer\u2019s expense.<\/p>\n

Rental duration and additional fees<\/h4>\n

Our price includes the round-trip delivery, a number of base tonnages depending on the bin size, environmental charges, and a 7-day rental period. The pick-up date is scheduled from the delivery date of the bin and can be adapted to the customer\u2019s needs.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner el_class=”valeurs-borders” width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Location and space<\/h4>\n

When delivering and picking up your bin, you must make sure that the location for the truck and bin is easily accessible and that there is sufficient space for our driver to manoeuver around. If in doubt, mention it when booking.<\/p>\n

If our driver arrives at the location and there is not enough space to drop off the bin, you refuse the bin or ask us to return to change where we drop it off; a delivery fee will be charged.<\/p>\n

When booking, you can request that the drivers put plywood strips under the contact points between the bin and the ground. We recommend that the bin is on a stable surface that can take its weight. Drivers do everything possible to limit damages to the surfaces, but since floors are sometimes unstable, we are not responsible for damage to your parking lot or yard. No bin will be laid down on the grass.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Restriction and tonnage charges<\/h4>\n

It is very important to respect the quantity in the bin (prescribed by law from the Ministry of Transport and for the good maintenance of the equipment). The contents should not exceed 30 cm below the top of the bin. If the driver arrives and these conditions are not met, the driver can refuse the load, and additional transport costs will be applied.<\/p>\n

The amount of tonnage exceeding the number allocated at booking will be billed separately depending on the type of materials inside your bin.<\/p>\n

All lightweight materials such as insulating wool, Styrofoam and paper should be placed under the heavier items so they do not fly away when driving.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row equal_height=”yes” content_placement=”middle” type=”in_grid” el_class=”matiere-accepter-conteneur-row white-text padding-top-100″][vc_column][vc_row_inner type=”full_width”][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
