Stone and rock

0 to 3/4 inch Crushed Stone
0-to-3/4-inch crushed stone is a mixture of rocks ranging from 0 to 3/4 inch. It is mainly used in deep excavations, then compacted with a compactor. This type of crushed stone can also be used as gravel in a driveway.
* Not recommended for drainage

3/4 inch net Crushed Stone
The 3/4-inch NET crushed stone consists exclusively of rocks of uniform size, or 3/4 of an inch. It is ideal for drainage behind walls. It is also used to put under hanging patios, for copings or simply as gravel in a driveway.

Stone dust
0 – 1/4 stone, commonly known as stone dust, is a mixture of dust and 1/4-inch rocks. It is ideal for levelling slabs, paving stones as well as foundation slabs for low walls. In addition, its use is easy since stone dust requires no compaction with machinery.
The maximum recommended thickness is 1/2 to 1 inch.
River rock

River rock 2 to 6 inches
River rock or river stones is a decorative rock with a more aesthetic function. For example, put them around backyard facilities to make everything more attractive.

Soil

Compost
Compost is a mixture of organic and vegetable matter that improves the soil’s quality, water retention and balances its pH. Combine it with garden soil or mixed soil to increase its effectiveness.

Garden Soil
Garden soil is made up of 1/3 top soil, 1/3 black soil and 1/3 compost. Garden soil is particularly recommended for sowing lawns and typical garden plantings.

Top Soil
Topsoil is brown soil where the coarser parts have been removed using a sieve for ease of use. It is generally used as an underlay for peat laying and surface filling.
Sand

Filter Sand
Filter sand is ideal as a filter for septic tanks, thanks to its sufficiently large particle diameter. By limiting the presence of fine particles in the sand and ensuring a certain homogeneity of the grain size, we offer you efficient filtering sand that complies with Quebec regulations for septic systems.

Mortar Sand
Mortar sand is mainly used for masonry. It can also be used to make sand finishes.

Pool Sand
As the name suggests, pool sand is primarily used for levelling the ground to accommodate swimming pools. In addition, since this sand does not stain, pool sand is ideal for play areas such as sandboxes or volleyball courts.

Backfill Sand
Backfill sand, also known as fill sand, is primarily used for backfilling. Except for compaction sand, backfill sand is not specifically designed to be compacted due to its grain size. Since the particles that compose it are of various sizes, the space between the grains is larger and non-uniform, which does not provide optimal compaction and solidification.

Compaction Sand
As its name suggests, compaction sand is specifically designed for compaction thanks to its granulometry optimized for this purpose. Since its particles are uniform in size and are mechanically cut, almost identically, the space between each grain is reduced to a maximum in order to offer optimal compaction and solidification.
Mulch

Red Mulch
Red mulch is mainly used to decorate your flower beds. Still, it offers many more benefits: it is an excellent weed killer, acts as a protector against the cold during the winter, and limits watering during the summer, thanks to its ability to retain humidity.

Black mulch
Black mulch is mainly used to decorate your flower beds. Still, it offers many more benefits: it is an excellent weed killer, acts as a protector against the cold during the winter, and limits watering during the summer, thanks to its ability to retain humidity.
